Download the PIX batch CSV template
Returns the CSV template accepted by POST .../batches/{batchId}/items/csv:
UTF-8 with BOM, ; separator (Excel pt-BR opens it directly; , is also
accepted on upload) and two example rows — one paying a PIX key, one
paying a bank account.
Columns: identifier, amount, description, pixKeyType, pixKey, receiverName, receiverDocument, bankIspb, bankCode, branch, accountNumber, accountType. Each row fills either the key block or
the bank-account block. Requires the tenant feature pix_batch and
pixBatch.enabled=true in the account policy; scope pix_out.create.

Bearer authentication of the form Bearer <token>, where token is your auth token.

Unix seconds. Required on the signed host; tolerance is 300s either way (403 request_timestamp_skew).
Lowercase hex SHA-256 of the body. An empty body hashes the empty string, so the header is always present. Mismatch returns 400 body_hash_mismatch.
