List deliveries of a subscription

Returns the delivery attempts recorded for one subscription, newest first, plus `statusCounts` aggregated over the same date window (ignoring the `status` filter, so a UI can render counters). When `fromDate` is omitted the window defaults to the **last 7 days**. Replays are hidden unless `includeReplays=true`. Replaces the v1 route `GET /v1/integrator/webhooks/{id}/deliveries`.
